At Redox I built the systems that let health systems and software vendors exchange PHI data securely at scale, including transaction processing that handled millions of healthcare records daily at 99.999% uptime SLAs. I designed and implemented single sign-on authentication and multi-region infrastructure that unlocked new healthcare partnerships, and overhauled observability and error-tracking on the customer-facing dashboard so support and engineering could diagnose connection issues faster. I carried the primary on-call rotation for this infrastructure.
