Jubel Health set out to solve a specific access problem in fertility care: patients need medically-vetted answers at 2am, not just during clinic hours. I architected the backend end-to-end, including the conversational AI pipeline, CI/CD, and the RESTful API powering both a React PWA and an iPhone app, taking the product from zero to a live trial with a partner clinic and reaching 50+ patients within a year of project start.
The application also connects patients to the broader fertility health community, letting them book direct conversations with fertility experts through the same infrastructure.
